The main feature of this interface is the graph, which displays your Evernote notes and notebooks in the form of nodes and connections (the links between nodes). This way, you can more intuitively explore your Evernote and more easily find relationships between your notes, notebooks, and tags.

Once you’ve logged in, you are presented with the Mohiomap interface. The main feature of this interface is the graph, which displays your Evernote notes and notebooks in the form of nodes and connections (the links between nodes). This way, you can more intuitively explore your Evernote and more easily find relationships between your notes, notebooks, and tags.

In the previous post in this series, we covered how to sign up for Mohiomap and connect to your Evernote account. This post provides a general overview of the user interface and its different components.Once you’ve logged in, you are presented with the Mohiomap interface:

For more in-depth information on using the graph, please visit our Help page. The rest of this guide will focus on the different interface components

Search

Cross platform Search
Search across multiple platforms at once

Provide keywords to search through your Evernote notes. Click on the dropdown beside the Search button to also search through your Tags and Joined Notebooks.User options – this dropdown menu provides important options such as Switching between your Evernote accounts, viewing your account settings and logging out of Mohiomap.

Filters

Smart Filters

Move the slider up to show fewer nodes on the graph, or move it down to show more nodes. “Relevance” in most cases is determined on the last editing date – that is, if you reduce the number of results shown, the graph will show you the most recently edited notes only.

Zoom slider

Zoom Slider

This slider allows you to zoom in or out of the graph. Drag the handle to the left to zoom out, or to the right to zoom in. You can also use your mouse wheel to zoom.

Help and Contact Support

Access our help files whilst in Mohiomap

We rely on our users’ feedback to make continuous improvements to our product. If you have any suggestions or comments for us, we’d love to hear from you! Simply click on the Feedback button at the bottom of the display to provide us with any feedback or to get in touch with support.

Lastly, one interface component that won’t be visible when you first open Mohiomap is the context menu

Context Menu

The context menu appears when you hover on a specific note. It displays the contents of that note, as well as other useful options, and also a link to the web preview for that note.

That concludes our tour of the Mohiomap interface. For more information, visit our Help page, or email us at hello@moh.io if you have any questions.
